At eternalchange privacy is part of the backbone of what we do. All works are undertaken and completed by adhering to strict privacy guidelines. All staff are briefed on these guidelines prior to starting works. Unless an individual poses a risk to themselves or the wider public then all matters are dealt with in strict confidence. 

Court orders may be necessary to be served to eternalchange for the authorities to access information held.
